Sharon Koh

Sharon Koh currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Hong Leong Assurance Berhad since May 2025. Prior to this role, Sharon held various significant positions at Hong Leong Bank Berhad from May 2017 to May 2025, including Head of HRBP and Head of Talent, Development & Employee Engagement. Sharon's career includes leadership roles in resourcing, learning and development at HSBC Bank Malaysia and HSBC, as well as experience at Citi, Scope International, Merck Sharp & Dohme, and AIG. Early in the career, Sharon worked as a Flight Attendant with Malaysia Airlines. Sharon holds an LLB Hons in Law from the University of London.
