Fiona Fong

Fiona Fong is an experienced professional in human resources, with a background in various industries such as banking and consumer goods. Fiona currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Hong Leong Bank Berhad since November 2016. Prior to this, Fiona held leadership roles in talent management and organizational development at British American Tobacco and Citi. Fiona also has experience in performance management and HR systems at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad. Fiona earned their Bachelor's degree in Business (Economics & Finance) from RMIT University in 1996.
