The Commercial Properties segment is engaged the leasing of commercial and office premises (other than those in hotel properties) and residential apartments. It also operates food and beverage outlets in such premises. The Clubs and Services segment is engaged in the operation of golf courses, The Peak Tram, wholesaling and retailing of food and beverage products, laundry services and the provision of management and consultancy services for clubs.
