Gil Ortega

Gil Ortega, MD, MPH, serves as the Chief of Staff and Vice Chief of Staff at HonorHealth, as well as the Surgery Vice Chair at HonorHealth Osborn since January 2017. In addition, Gil Ortega holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Orthopaedics at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix. Gil Ortega is also involved with the Sports Medicine Advisory Team at Arizona State University as an Orthopaedic Consultant since June 2012. Previously, Gil Ortega was the President of Infinitude Inc from 2011 to 2018. Educational achievements include degrees from Yale School of Medicine, where Gil Ortega earned an MD and an MPH, along with an Orthopaedics Externship and residency program, as well as a B.S. in Biology-History from the University of Houston.
