Dr. Bridget Plitt

Dr. Bridget Plitt, DOL, is currently the Vice President of Talent at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, where the focus is on employee growth and development. In addition to this role, Dr. Plitt serves as an Adjunct Professor at Hood College, contributing to graduate curriculum development and course facilitation, recognized with the Teaching Excellence Award in May 2023. Previous experience includes senior roles in learning and development at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where responsibilities encompassed agency training programs and workforce planning. Dr. Plitt's broad career also includes consulting and managerial positions in various organizations, alongside extensive formal education culminating in a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Hood College.
