Bcxp Ron Freeman

Ron Freeman, BCxP, is a Mechanical Commissioning Agent at Hood Patterson & Dewar since February 2017, with previous experience in various technical roles. Freeman contributed to the ASHRAE BCxP Study Guide as part of the development team in March 2022. Prior to working at Hood Patterson & Dewar, Freeman managed service operations at Siemens for nearly 18 years, supervising field specialists and providing technical expertise throughout project lifecycles. Earlier experience includes serving as a licensed Reactor Operator at Progress Energy and the US Navy, where responsibilities involved monitoring and operating critical equipment. Freeman holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Technology from Excelsior University and has attended multiple educational institutions, including the US Naval Nuclear Power School and North Carolina State University.
