Jacqueline Klaassen

Jacqueline Klaassen is an experienced contract manager and project manager currently working at Hoogheemraadschap van Schieland en de Krimpenerwaard since February 2024. As the owner of Quintense BV since March 2008, Jacqueline provides consultancy services focusing on project advancement, particularly in complicated projects and those with high administrative sensitivity. Previous roles include project manager for the Warmtenet Den Haag Centrum at Gemeente Den Haag, advisor at Enexis Groep during a pilot for energy transition, and tender advisor for area developments at gemeente Smallingerland.
