Michele Santoro has been in the industry since 2011, starting as a Production Coordinator and Assistant to the Vice President of Production at CollegeHumor.com. In 2014, they became a Senior Staff Producer at Big Breakfast, and then in 2015 they were a Freelance Director & Producer and a Line Producer at Cracked. In 2019, they began working as a Commercial Line Producer and a RomCom Narrative Director/Writer at HOOKED.

Michele Santoro graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2007 with a BA in Marketing and International Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
