Rachael Russell

Rachael Russell, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since November 2016, Rachael has served as the Human Resources Manager at Hooker Creek Companies, focusing on employee development, engagement, and retention while overseeing all HR facets. Prior to this role, Rachael held positions as Human Resources Supervisor at Home Forward from February 2014 to October 2016, and as Recruitment and Development Manager at The Management Group, Inc. from July 2013 to February 2014. Rachael's career at Home Forward began in March 2001, where Rachael progressed from Lead Housing and Community Specialist to Regional Property Manager, overseeing property management operations and staff supervision. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Idaho.
