Jelena Djuric

Jelena Djuric has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jelena began their career in 2001 as a Software Developer at Artech Consulting Group, where they gained experience in enterprise-level application implementation and database management. Jelena worked on projects involving Power Builder, PL/SQL, and software testing.

In 2004, Jelena joined Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank a.d Beograd as an Associate at the ORGA/IT Department, where they gained insights into the banking industry and IT operations.

From 2005 to 2014, they worked at PSC MOBILE SOLUTIONS as a Project Manager. Jelena'sresponsibilities included managing software development projects and implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP solutions. Jelena also engaged in client consultation, needs analysis, and project proposal preparation.

At IBIS Instruments, Jelena served as the Head of Project Management Office from 2016 to 2016. Jelena'skey projects focused on IBM Business Process Management and Enterprise Service Bus, contributing to the improvement of sales channels and customer experience for Telekom Serbia.

From 2016 to 2018, Jelena worked at Telenor as a Business Transformation Project Manager, leading a team of over 30 members. Jelena played a significant role in implementing an end-to-end enterprise software solution for the business segment.

As the Head of Project Management Office at NLB Banka Beograd in 2018, Jelena managed project lifecycles and oversaw operational efficiency.

Jelena'smost recent work experience includes roles at HBI-EU Technologies and Hooloovoo. At HBI-EU Technologies, they had a multifaceted role as the General Manager and Senior Project Manager. Jelena was responsible for establishing and developing the company in Serbia, growing it into an 80-person cross-functional team. Jelena also led projects for automation, optimization, and development of software solutions for IoT products.

Currently, Jelena Djuric holds the position of Senior Delivery Manager at Hooloovoo, where they monitor and supports the delivery of software development teams and ensures the quality of team delivery and individual engineer development.

Throughout their career, Jelena has demonstrated expertise in software development, project management, team leadership, and process optimization. Jelena has worked with cross-functional teams and successfully delivered complex projects.
