Alicia Yetman

Alicia Yetman has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Alicia currently works at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they lead the HR Partnerships Department and provides HR solutions and consultation to support the business strategy. Before that, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources, leading the HR Partnerships Team, including the HR Business Partner function, Employee Relations, and Recruitment. Prior to their time at HOOPP, Alicia worked at BMO Financial Group as an Associate Director of Relationship Management and as a Senior Talent Advisor. Alicia also held the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at BMO. Earlier in their career, Alicia worked at CIBC as a Senior Human Resources Consultant.

Alicia Yetman pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Western University. Alicia attended the university from 1995 to 1998. Following their completion of the bachelor's program, they furthered their education at Humber College. From 1998 to 1999, Alicia pursued a degree in Human Resources Management at Humber College, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
