Ann C. has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Ann C. holds a degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from Centennial College, which they obtained in or before the year 2000. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications and completed additional coursework. Ann C. holds a Certified Diversity Recruiter certification from AIRS, an ADP company, which they obtained in June 2023. Ann also completed the Introduction to Agile course at Global Knowledge in September 2021, and the Leadership & Inclusion course at Centennial College in January 2021. In December 2020, they earned a Black Belt Certification (BB) from SocialTalent. Additionally, Ann C. has completed the Mastering the Art of Management program offered by HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) in June 2020, and the Managing Teams course on LinkedIn in May 2020. Their certifications also include the Certified Thomas PPA Analyst from Thomas International, which they obtained in October 2019, and the Professional Management certification from Ontario Tech University, which they received in April 2019.
