Ivana Zanardo has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the pension, benefits, and payroll sector. Ivana started their career as the Director of Insurance, Benefits & Payroll for the City of North York, managing the payroll and employee benefits program for thousands of employees and retirees. Ivana then moved on to become the Director of the Pension, Payroll & Employee Benefits Division for the City of Toronto, overseeing the planning and development of policies and service delivery for a large number of employees and pensioners. Ivana later joined OMERS as the Senior Vice President of Pension Operations, where they led a large team responsible for the administration of the pension plan for hundreds of thousands of members across Ontario. Ivana then worked as an HR Outsourcing Consultant for CIBC and had roles at HOOPP, including Vice President of Plan Operations and Business Consultant. Ivana brings extensive experience in managing operations, processing payroll, handling transactions, and providing leadership in the retirement industry.
Ivana Zanardo graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree in Accounting in 1988.
