Jessica Donne

Jessica Donne is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in organizational development and communications. At HOOPP since February 2020, Jessica has held roles as both Program Manager and Organizational Development Advisor, focusing on operational improvement. Previously, at the Law Society of Ontario, significant contributions were made as Team Leader and Digital Communications Advisor in enhancing communications strategies. Prior experience includes project management at The Works Design Communications Ltd., where Jessica successfully delivered design and communication projects, and a decade at First Quantum Minerals, where responsibilities spanned communications, data management, and project administration. Jessica holds a degree from OCAD University and a certificate in Management Skills for Supervisors from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
