Monika Pawlowsky

Monika Pawlowsky is a seasoned talent management professional currently serving as a Talent Management Advisor at HOOPP, beginning in January 2024. Prior experience includes nearly nine years at PwC, where Monika held several managerial roles, including Manager of National Talent and Impact (Performance) and Manager of National Learning and Development for Tax, alongside serving as a Senior Associate in Learning & Development. Monika also contributed to talent development as a Talent Development Advisor at SNC-Lavalin from May 2012 to June 2015 and worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport from May 2011 to May 2012. Educational credentials include a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University.
