Francesca M. Sails

Francesca M. Sails, M.Ed, SPHR, is a professional with extensive experience in talent management, employee benefits, and education. Currently serving as a Life Insurance Agent at Primerica since March 2024, Francesca also works as an Advisor in Talent Management at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, contributing to strategic people solutions and organizational effectiveness. Previously, Francesca held various roles at Shelby County Schools, including Project Advisor for a district-wide Covid-19 testing program and Benefits Advisor focused on employee wellbeing initiatives. Francesca's career began as an English Teacher, recognized as a finalist for the “My Favorite Educator Golden Apple Award.” Francesca's background in benefits administration includes a role as Benefits Specialist II at Shelby County Government, managing comprehensive benefits programs. Francesca holds a Master of Education in Educational Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Memphis.
