Patricia Pacanchique

Patricia Pacanchique currently serves as a Plan Operations Risk Management & Business Consultant at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) since 2019. Prior to this role, Patricia held various high-level positions including Vice President of Product & Project Management at both Devhaus Technologies and Learning Jungle in 2019, and Director of Pension Policy and Strategic Initiatives at OMERS from 2005 to 2019, where leadership involved managing direct reports and interdisciplinary teams on significant business initiatives. Additional roles at OMERS included Director of Pension Operations, Analysis and Support, and Director of Internal Audit - IT and Quality Assurance. Earlier experiences include working as a Registrations Officer at RBC Dominion Securities and a Director of Systems Audit at Seguros Alfa. Patricia holds a B.Sc. in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and has pursued various advanced educational programs at institutions such as Ivey Business School, York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School, and Schulich School of Business.
