Sabrina Hossain is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Compensation at HOOPP since October 2022. Prior roles include Senior Compensation Consultant and Compensation Consultant at CIBC, as well as various positions at OMERS from Compensation Analyst to Senior Associate in Compensation. Sabrina’s expertise includes advising on annual salary increases, acting as a liaison for talent acquisition, and conducting market analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices. Prior experience also includes working at Korn Ferry Hay Group, where responsibilities involved job benchmarking and managing large-scale surveys, along with financial analysis roles at First Sovereign Investment Management. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto.
