Soraiya Allidina

Soraiya Allidina has extensive work experience in risk management and audit roles. Soraiya is currently working at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) as the Director of Plan Operations Risk Management since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager in the same department from February 2017 to September 2021.

Before joining HOOPP, Soraiya worked at Protiviti as a Manager in Internal Audit & Financial Advisory from June 2016 to September 2016. Soraiya also served as an Experienced Senior Consultant from August 2014 to June 2016.

Additionally, Soraiya has worked at Walmart Canada as a Senior Internal Auditor from September 2013 to August 2014, and as an Internal Auditor from May 2012 to September 2013.

Their career started at the Canada Revenue Agency as an Excise Tax Auditor from March 2009 to May 2012.

Soraiya Allidina obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. In 2013, they joined the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) but did not specify a specific degree or field of study. Soraiya also obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in June 2014.
