Kaylin Cotton

Kaylin Cotton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, diversity and inclusion, and cultural consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Chief of Staff at HOORAE since June 2021, Kaylin previously held the role of Cultural Consultant at Covet Fashion, where responsibilities included promoting inclusivity and vetting cultural sensitivities. Prior experience includes positions such as Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Lakeshore Learning Materials, Specialist in Diversity & Belonging at Live Nation Entertainment, and Coordinator of Brand and Events at Shondaland. Kaylin holds a Master's degree in Communications Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Literature from the University of California Merced.
