Matt Randall

Matt Randall serves as the Manager of Government and Community Relations at Hoosier Energy since October 2021, focusing on public policy, government affairs, and political strategies, while overseeing community relations and philanthropic initiatives. Prior to this role, Matt held significant positions including Executive Pastor of Operations and Spiritual Growth at Emmanuel Church, where responsibilities encompassed operations and spiritual leadership. Experience also includes serving as Legislative Advocacy Manager for Indiana Electric Cooperatives, where successful grassroots engagement earned the organization a prestigious award, and as Legislative Assistant for the State of Indiana, managing communications for state representatives. Earlier roles included Campaign Manager for a state senate campaign and Director of Children's Ministries at Bluff Creek Christian Church. Matt holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Affairs - Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies and Labor Studies from Indiana University Indianapolis.
