Fernanda Castilho

Fernanda Castilho is an experienced professional with a background in sales, customer success, and hospitality. Currently serving as a Sales Supervisor and Customer Success representative at Estante Mágica since July 2021, Fernanda has been actively involved in organizing YouTube conferences for Spanish-speaking schools and motivating children in reading and writing. Previously, as a LATAM Relationship Analyst, Fernanda developed communication strategies and managed meetings with Colombian educational institutions. Earlier roles include Sales Development Representative at Estante Mágica, Hospitality Support at KSG, and various customer service positions at Egali Intercâmbio, Meliá Hotels International, and Sofitel. Fernanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universidade Veiga de Almeida, awarded in December 2020.
