Gloria Panoiu

Gloria Panoiu is an experienced customer service leader with a strong background in team management and customer support. Currently serving as the Enterprise Customer Support Team Lead at Hootsuite since January 2021, Gloria focuses on team development through regular one-on-ones, fostering personal growth, and celebrating team achievements. Prior to Hootsuite, Gloria held various roles at TELUS International, including Customer Service Team Lead, where responsibilities included coaching teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and streamlining internal practices. With a degree from the University of Bucharest, Gloria possesses a comprehensive understanding of customer service processes, problem-solving, and effective communication across multiple channels.
