João Ribeiro is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Design at Hootsuite, João previously held managerial positions at Talkwalker and Finologee, where effective user-centered design methodologies were implemented to optimize product development. With a strong foundation in UX solutions from Syniverse and management experience at REBORN, João has consistently driven problem-solving initiatives and strategic product roadmaps through collaboration with cross-functional teams. An entrepreneur as the Founder and Managing Director of Shape Projects, João has also consulted across various industries, enhancing digital presence and optimizing user engagement through innovative design practices. João holds multiple Master's degrees in Interaction Design and a Licentiate degree in Communication Design.
