Yen Vu is a strategic solution consultant at Hootsuite since January 2024 and a member of PreSales Collective since January 2023. Previously, Yen held the position of senior solution advisor at Litmos from December 2022 to January 2024 and worked as a solutions engineer for financial services at Salesforce from September 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an associate solution engineer at VMware from March 2019 to September 2021 and as a financial plan manager at North West Disability Services from February 2017 to March 2019, focusing on assisting individuals with disabilities in managing their National Disability Insurance Scheme budgets. Yen began a career in research as an intern at UNSW in 2014, developing experimental frameworks in psychophysics. Yen holds a Bachelor of Advanced Science/Commerce in finance and Vision Science/Physiological Optics from UNSW, and education was completed at Kingsgrove High School.
