Jaime Rabell

Jaime Rabell serves as the Senior Sales Director at Hoover CS since January 2024, following an extensive 18-year tenure at Dow Performance Silicones where roles included North America Sales Director for Mobility & Transportation and Consumer Electronics, as well as Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast. Responsibilities at Dow involved leading high-performing sales teams, managing product sales across various industries, and developing market strategies. Prior to Dow, Jaime gained experience at ConocoPhillips as a Sales Manager in the lubricants sector and at ExxonMobil as a Business Consultant. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad La Salle.
