Rick Johnson

Rick Johnson possesses extensive experience in customer service, operations, and compliance within the heating and air conditioning industry. Currently serving as Regional Director of Customer Service, Administration & Compliance and Regional Director of Operations at Hop Energy LLC since 1998, Rick enforces compliance with administrative policies and reviews financial statements to manage branch budgets. Previously, as General Manager, Rick coordinated fuel oil delivery and customer service operations while implementing best practices and mentoring staff. Rick's career began as the Owner of J&J Heating, transitioning to a Field Supervisor role at Hop Energy LLC and serving as Executive Assistant to the City Manager in Hartford, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating operations.
