Jonathan Counihan

Jonathan Counihan is an experienced software engineering professional, currently serving as the Delivery Manager and Principal Software Engineer at Hop since October 2018, where Jonathan plays a key role as the Principal Software Architect of the Hop platform and operates as a Senior DevOps manager. Prior to this, Jonathan was a Team Lead at Sage BEE123 from November 2015 to June 2018, managing a team of six developers and overseeing the full software development lifecycle. Jonathan has also held leadership positions at Entelect and was a Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager at OPSI Systems from February 2008 to September 2012. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and has a foundational education from St John's College.
