Gregory Papalexis has worked in a variety of roles across multiple industries since 2003. Gregory began their career as Vice President of Investments at CION Investments, where they prospected, analyzed, negotiated, and structured over $250 million of executed investments. In 2007, they became General Manager of Manufacturing at Sabrett™, where they supervised and coordinated all facets of the manufacturing division and designed management control systems. From 2013-2021, Papalexis worked as an Independent Contractor/Consultant/Advisor for Startup, Early-Stage, SME, and Special Situations, as well as a Limited Partner at Newtree Fruit Company. Gregory also held roles as Special Advisor to Co-Founder & CEO at HOP WTR, Yolélé, and Preval Jerky, and as Special Advisor to President/CEO and Head (Interim/Fractional) of Operations & Supply Chain at 4505 Meats. Papalexis also held the role of Vice President, Supply Chain & Operations of Chef's Cut Real Jerky Co. at Sonoma Brands Capital from 2015-2021.
Gregory Papalexis obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business from Fordham University between 1999 and 2003. In 2002, they completed an International Specialization program with Semester At Sea / ISE. Gregory also holds four certifications: Juice HACCP from Northern Sun Consulting (obtained in January 2015), Integrated Marketing Communications from New York University (obtained in June 2013), SQF (Safe Quality Food) Practitioner from the SQF Institute (obtained in December 2011), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HAACP) Systems from the University of Georgia (obtained in October 2008).
