Robert Gould, MBA, FACHE has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Robert (Rob) currently holds the position of Chief Value & Experience Officer at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) since 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
Robert also has a long history with Banner Health, where they held various leadership positions. Robert (Rob) served as the President of the Arizona West Division, overseeing multiple Banner locations, from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Banner Health from 2012 to 2015. Robert (Rob) also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer from 2004 to 2008, the Compliance Officer from 1998 to 2005, and the Chief Financial Officer and Professional Services (COO) from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Support Services from 1996 to 1999, Chief Financial Officer from 1995 to 1996, and Fiscal Services Supervisor from 1992 to 1995.

Robert (Rob) Gould, MBA, FACHE has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they obtained in 1991. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Mary's University in 1988. In terms of certifications, they completed the GE Administrative Fellow program at The Health Management Academy, affiliated with GE, in 2014. Robert (Rob) is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a certification they obtained in 2007. Additionally, they are a certified Nursing Home Administrator in Alaska, which they achieved in 1999.
