Rob Newton

Rob Newton is an experienced technology leader with a background in driving innovation within the automotive and transportation sectors. As the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of HopDrive since May 2018, Newton has focused on establishing a gig economy-based drive service for auto dealers and fleets. Previously, Newton worked at CarMax as an Integration Architect from March 2016 to May 2018 and led the Integration Services team at Estes Express Lines from August 2004 to March 2016, where responsibilities included defining best practices, promoting service-oriented architecture, and developing an architectural strategy within the organization.
