Joseph Hershman

Joseph Hershman, PE, is an accomplished Solutions Architect and Technical Project Manager at Hope Gas, focusing on the design and deployment of ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network infrastructure. With extensive experience as a Sr. GIS Consultant and Project Manager at RAMTeCH Corporation and Peoples Natural Gas, Joseph has successfully led numerous projects involving Mobile and ArcGIS Enterprise technologies. Previous roles include Project Manager and Sr. Consultant at Noble Energy, Director of GIS Services at Signum Group LLC, and Technical Implementation Lead at Schneider Electric, demonstrating a strong background in GIS implementation, custom application development, and system architecture. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering/Groundwater Engineering from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
