The Finance and Facilities Team at Hope Haven oversees the financial health and physical infrastructure of the organization. Led by the Chief Financial Officer, this team manages budgeting, accounting, and financial planning to ensure resources are effectively allocated to support the various educational, developmental, and mental health services provided. The Facilities and Building Superintendent maintain and improve the physical spaces where services are delivered, ensuring safe and functional environments for both clients and staff. The Finance Specialist coordinates financial transactions and supports the CFO in financial reporting and analysis.
