Tricia McCleaf

Tricia McCleaf is an experienced healthcare professional with a career spanning several decades in nursing and hospice care. Currently serving as a Health Coordinator CHPN at Hope HealthCare Services since June 2002, Tricia has demonstrated a commitment to providing quality hospice nursing. Prior to this role, Tricia worked as an RN at Lee Memorial Health System from 1985 to January 2001 and served as an RN Case Manager at Florida Home Health from 1981 to 1986. Earlier experience includes working as an RN in the ICU at Ft Myers Community Hospital and as an RN at Georgia Baptist Hospital. Tricia's educational background includes a State Certified Midwife degree from Royal Berkshire Hospital and a SRN degree from UCL.
