Alona Kosenko Lancaster

Alona Kosenko Lancaster is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operational roles. Since June 2021, Alona has contributed as a Recruiter at HOPE International. Prior to this, Alona served as an Operational Specialist and New Project Coordinator (Donor Support) at New Horizons Foundation Inc from June 2018 to June 2021. Alona's earlier career includes roles at Montreat College, such as Admissions Ambassador, Office Assistant in the Records and Registration Department, and Resident Assistant, from October 2014 to May 2018. Additionally, Alona gained valuable experience through internships at New Horizons Foundation Inc and Open Arms Ukraine in 2016 and 2015, respectively. Alona holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Belhaven University and a degree in International Business with a minor in Spanish from Montreat College.
