Vickie Pence

Vickie Pence, SHRM-CP, has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Vickie most recently served as a Human Resources Director at Valleylife, where they oversaw various HR functions and provided consultation to upper management. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional HR Director at Vacation Village Resorts, where they managed employee relations, employment laws, staff development, and benefits administration. Vickie also worked as an HR Manager at ResortCom, overseeing the hiring and training of employees for a startup call center. Additionally, Vickie has experience as an HR Generalist and HR Manager at IDC Fundraising, where they were responsible for recruitment, benefits administration, and facility management.

Vickie completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at California Coast University from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Services Administration from Weber State University, attending from 2002 to 2005.
