Katy Rogers, SPHR, is currently serving as the Global Learning & Development and Diversity Manager at HOPE International. With a background in Human Resources and extensive experience in various organizations, Katy has also held roles such as Human Resources Director at mpowered and Vice President of Marketing and Lending at ACCION Chicago. Katy's academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics and Human Needs and Global Resources from Wheaton College. Throughout their career, Katy has been dedicated to supporting underserved communities and empowering entrepreneurs through microenterprise development services.
