Tim Dukes currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Hope Media Group, having assumed the COO role following the merger of Way Media and Hope Media Group, which collectively operates nearly 70 FM signals nationwide. Previous roles include Interim CEO and COO at Way Media | WayFM | WAY Nation, where oversight of various departments was key, along with experience as Mid-South Regional Manager and General Manager for the Dallas/Ft. Worth station. Dukes has also held significant positions at the Halftime Institute as COO, Director of Operations at NextMedia Group, and VP of Marketing for Tribune Interactive, in addition to roles at Emmis Communications, Clear Channel Radio, and JACOR Communications. Dukes began a professional journey in radio programming with strategic roles that significantly impacted audience engagement and brand identity. Education credentials include a B.A. in Communications/Marketing from Lipscomb University.
