Kathy Coady

Kathy Coady is currently the Chief Development Officer at Hope Ministries, where Kathy leads development and community relations functions for the ministry serving those in need in the Des Moines area. Prior to this role, Kathy worked at Principal Financial Group as a Communications Manager and Sr Marketing Communications Manager. Kathy also has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Des Moines Area Community College and was the Owner/Communications Consultant at Insight Communications. Kathy holds a Master's degree in Communication Leadership from Drake University and a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communication from Truman State University.
