Marvin Kelley

Marvin Kelley has extensive experience in workforce development and training, currently serving as the Director of Goodwill Construction and Trade Training at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont since September 2013. In this role, Marvin provides strategic leadership and management for the Construction and Trade Training Program. Prior positions include Senior Development and Training Specialist and Business Relationship Management Representative, where Marvin promoted job training services and identified business opportunities for employment. Additionally, as a Skilling America Distinguished Fellow with Hope Street Group since August 2018, Marvin collaborates with various sectors to enhance workforce preparedness. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Training and Business Development at Alliant Global Training Center, V.P. of Business Development at APSI, and Registration Manager at Honeywell International. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
