Courtney C.

Courtney C. serves as the Chief Of Staff at Hopelab since February 2022, focusing on enhancing youth mental health through impact investing and digital innovation. Prior to this, Courtney held various leadership roles at IDEO.org from August 2016 to January 2022, including Program Director, where a CDC-funded initiative was led to boost COVID-19 vaccine confidence among refugee and migrant communities. Courtney's extensive experience also includes establishing the Billion Girls CoLab Program, acting as Senior Design Lead for multidisciplinary teams, and conducting business design for health solutions in sub-Saharan Africa. Other notable positions include consultancy roles with WaterSmart Software and LifeStraw, as well as evaluative work for USAID. Courtney holds a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Global Health from Georgetown University.
