Joshua Lavra

Joshua Lavra is the Creative Lead at Hopelab. Joshua has also previously worked as a Senior Program Manager and Products Lead / Program Manager at IDEO, and as a Product Manager at Air Liquide. Joshua's experience also includes work as a Standardization Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company.

Joshua has a passion for helping leaders and organizations evolve and grow, using human-centered design methodologies and IDEO's product offerings. Joshua is experienced in coordinating the efforts of small, agile teams across multiple time zones and countries. Joshua has used lean startup methodologies to challenge standard industrial operations and test the potential for innovation within large organizations.

Joshua Lavra graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Joshua is certified from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers as an Engineer In Training.
