Julie Segovia

Julie Segovia's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Research, Policy, & Learning at HopeWell Inc since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Doctoral Research Assistant at Tufts University from September 2017 to May 2021. Julie also worked as a Doctoral Intern focusing on Early Childhood and Child Welfare at Child Trends from September 2019 to June 2020. Before pursuing their doctoral studies, they worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Minuteman Arc Early Intervention from July 2016 to August 2017. Julie's earlier experience includes working as a Service Coordinator at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from May 2013 to May 2014.

Julie Segovia completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English; Creative Writing at UMass Boston from 2005 to 2010. Julie then pursued a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology at MGH Institute of Health Professions, graduating in 2016. Currently, Julie is studying for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Child Study & Human Development at Tufts University, expected to be completed by 2024.
