Richard Myers possesses extensive experience in leadership and customer support across multiple technology organizations. Currently serving as the Board Member and Governance Committee Chair at Hopeworks Camden since June 2020, Myers contributes to initiatives focused on empowering young people through education and entrepreneurship. At Akamai Technologies, tenure from March 2022 to July 2025 included roles such as Senior Director of Product for Compute Experience and Senior Director for both Customer Success and Customer Support. Prior experience at Linode from July 2011 to March 2022 included the position of Vice President of Customer Support & Customer Success, overseeing a large, award-winning team and playing a pivotal role in the company's acquisition by Akamai. Earlier roles at Forbes Communications Council and Apple further underscore a strong foundation in customer service and support expertise.
