HR & Operations Asst. General Manager at Hopi

Levent Egemen Ercebeci has over 20 years of experience in HR and operations management. LEVENT EGEMEN began their career at Garanti Bankas as the Organizational Development & Balanced Scorecard Vice President. From there, they moved on to Arıkanlı Holding as the HR & Organizational Development Manager, where they led the redesign of the regional office and headquarters organization structures. LEVENT EGEMEN also oversaw the integration process of Tibbett & Britten Logistics and Yurtiçi Logistics.

After that, Ercebeci joined LykiaGroup as the HR Group Manager, where they implemented HR management systems for Lykia Resorts and other group companies. LEVENT EGEMEN also managed recruitment processes and workforce planning for the resorts.

Following their time at LykiaGroup, Ercebeci worked at ISS Turkey as the HR & Training Country Head, where they standardized HR practices and implemented a career development model for 20,000 employees. LEVENT EGEMEN also led the recruitment processes for director-level positions.

Ercebeci then joined Affinion, where they served as the HR & Support Services Asst. General Manager. LEVENT EGEMEN managed various HR and admin-related processes during a merger and acquisition project and implemented global HR and training systems. LEVENT EGEMEN was accountable for customer relations and call center team management.

Currently, Ercebeci is with Hopi as the HR & Operations Asst. General Manager. In this role, they manage HR, training, and administrative affairs and oversees the customer relations and call center teams. LEVENT EGEMEN is responsible for managing expenses, monitoring personal data protection law compliance, and following trademark and patent applications.

Throughout their career, Ercebeci has consistently demonstrated their expertise in HR management, team leadership, and process standardization.

Levent Egemen Ercebeci attended Hacettepe University from 1990 to 1997, where they studied Hydrogeological Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Mentorink Başarı Sertifikası from Mentorink - Mentoring Software in August 2022. In April 2014, they acquired the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification from Korn Ferry and also obtained the Lominger Certified Coach certification from Lominger International in March 2014. Furthermore, in June 2021, they completed the EMCC Global Foundation Mentoring Program offered by RK Academy & Coaching & Leading Academy.
