CRM Senior Manager at Hopi

Selcuk Yuksel has extensive experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and customer analytics. Selcuk began their career at TEB in 2007, where they worked in various roles such as Cards Authorization Senior Supervisor and CRM Analytics Assistant Manager. In 2015, they joined CarrefourSA as an Analytical CRM Senior Specialist and later became a Customer Analytics and Loyalty Program Manager and Senior Manager. In 2020, Selcuk moved to Dogan Holding as a CRM Senior Manager before transitioning to Hopi in 2021, where they held the position of CRM Senior Manager. Currently, Selcuk is working at Beymen Group as the CRM Director, responsible for campaign management, growth, customer analytics, and business development.

Selcuk Yuksel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Marmara University, completing the program from 2004 to 2008. They continued their education at Marmara University and obtained a Master's degree in Statistics from 2011 to 2014.
