Erika Gasaway

Erika Gasaway is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and corporate law. Currently a Shareholder, Of Counsel, and former Associate at Hopkins & Carley since September 2013, Erika has focused on advising technology, consumer, and financial service companies on class actions, global antitrust laws, environmental issues, and insurance disputes. Prior experience includes serving as a Litigation Associate at Bingham McCutchen from January 2010 to August 2013, where Erika was actively involved in the firm's Diversity Committee and Women Lawyers Committee. Erika earned a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude and ranking in the top 5% of the class, while also holding leadership roles in student organizations. Erika's earlier professional background includes community relations management at Intel Corporation and program direction at the American Electronics Association. Erika holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
