Kristi Royse

Kristi Royse is the CEO of KLR Consulting since 1993, specializing in leadership development and team-building programs. In addition to this role, Kristi serves as a public speaker, delivering engaging keynote and breakout sessions that motivate executives and teams. Kristi's consultancy expertise extends to various organizations, including Hopkins & Carley, Veeva Systems, Workplace by Facebook, and several others, focusing on leadership development, strategy, and team cohesion methods such as DiSC and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Kristi also provides leadership coaching, strategic planning, and conflict resolution through Viva Strategy & Communications, LLC since 2012. Kristi holds a BA in Child & Family Development from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
