Pooja Bajpai

Pooja Bajpai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational transformation. As the Founder Director of The Talent Alchemy since January 2020, Pooja has focused on promoting equality, inclusion, and well-being. In addition, Pooja serves as a Senior Facilitator and Leadership Development Consultant at Potential Project - Focused Minds and previously held leadership roles at Positive Momentum Limited and Deloitte India, where responsibilities included managing large-scale organizational change, assessing and driving culture change, and designing capability development programs. Pooja began the career in human resources consulting and knowledge management, demonstrating expertise in promoting knowledge sharing and human resource strategies across various industries. Pooja holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lucknow University.
