Jessica R. D. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent operations, education leadership, and project management. Currently serving as the Talent Operations Leader at Hopper since September 2021, Jessica designs and executes talent density programs and strategic recruitment initiatives for the company's diverse technology solutions. As an Educational Leadership Consultant for Education Pioneers, Jessica mentors fellows and facilitates impactful learning experiences centered on leadership and equity. Previous roles include Professor of Business and Project Management at Indiana Wesleyan University, where a focus on DEI and contemporary practices was maintained. Jessica also held management positions at EY, Pivot Learning Partners, and others, contributing significant expertise in talent management, education finance reform, and retail operations. Jessica earned an Executive MBA from Texas Southern University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
